The Manager, Wholesale Operations is responsible for the managing the placement of buys and tracking/serviceability for North America and Europe product for the Tommy Wholesale division. The main accounts include Macy’s, Kohl’s, and Amazon.

This role would work closely with the WS Operations team and will report into the VP, Wholesale Operations.

Responsibilities:

Roll up seasonal market full price sportswear buys and lead cut/sold meetings to review the buys with the sales, supply, PD, and merchandising teams
Place quarterly and chase buys with the supply team for North America and Europe product
Coordinate with sales the uploads of all bulk orders from 7th Online to SAP
Track orders for the key full price accounts, and report serviceability by sku monthly
Track all shipments with supply, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure all purchase orders arrive in the DC in a timely manner
Inform Sales and Customer Service on any delayed styles. Recommend any foreseeable delivery issues in advance so CS is prepared for any issues
Reconcile future purchase orders against customer orders, by size
Track market order buys by delivery against the requested in DC dates
Work within SAP to ensure all new styles are setup correctly and accurately
Generate and analyze specific weekly and monthly inventory and shipment reports in SAP and CRA to ensure all shipping targets are being met on a monthly basis
Assist with any special projects or ad hoc queries as directed by VP, Wholesale Operations

Qualifications:

5-7 years of related experience, desired
Bachelor’s degree
Able to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (strong pivot and Vlookup skills)
Strong retail math skills and financial/business acumen
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Support VP, Wholesale Operations, on inventory and financial projecting and reporting. Responsible for report generation when needed.
Recommends seasonal market buys and ATS bump up needs based on rolling up all customers and deliveries
Must be able to self-manage workload and deadlines without full guidance of supervisor
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
Creative thinker and effective collaborator who must be able to find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency, impacting the success of the WS Ops team
Flexibility required to respond to changing needs of the business with adherence to deadlines
