You can clearly and effectively communicate ideas, needs, and issues to peers and management. This includes the communication of requirements, development, progress, new ideas, errors found, etc. In Glidewell's Summer 2023 Internship Program, you will: Partner with a mentor who will provide guidance and real world education every step of the way Gain hands on experience with project(s) that are extremely valuable to the company Be challenged by unconventional thinking Collaborate with individuals and teams to accomplish department milestones And most importantly, have fun! What You're Going to Do:Answers incoming calls and IT requests providing Level 1 and 2 support in a timely manner.Enters appropriate and usable data into IT Service Management Ticketing system.Provides troubleshooting assistance through the use of remote controls tools to connect to customers for remote support.Provides outstanding customer service and responsiveness to all end-users across all locations.Guides users through step-by-step solutions on operating IT equipment.Provides technical assistance and training, as well as recommends remedial actions.Escalates complex issues to different IT Teams, as necessary.You should have the following:Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.Previous experience with help desk support is a plus.Previous experience with enterprise applications is a plus. In addition to gaining valuable real world experience, you'll be working with a collection of innovative techies who love to code and talk technology all day long!
