The candidate will manage the entire life cycle of the case from hire to filing, with close oversight and guidance from the managing attorney. Duties include: onboarding new clients; working closely with clients to gather information and documents needed for each case; interviewing clients regarding personal and sometimes traumatic experiences; writing persuasive and clear declarations with the information obtained from the clients; compiling large and detailed application packets; reviewing packets in great detail to ensure final drafts are error-free and accurate before sending to the attorney for review; responding to all client calls within 24 hours. Must be 100% bilingual in English and Spanish.
