Patent Prosecution Associate/Patent Agent – Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
The candidate must have 3-6 years of IP experience in drafting and patent prosecution, a chemical engineering or chemistry degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to law school/agency exam strongly preferred), and USPTO registration. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.
