GRAIL is looking for a Sr. Patient Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about our mission to detect cancer early, when it can be cured, to join our growing, commercial marketing team. This role will be responsible for activating strategies to grow patient awareness, build credibility and drive conversion of the Gallier multi-cancer early detection test for GRAIL by building out education programs, product amplification through third party resources, patient testimonials and champions and developing promotional and educational pieces to support the patient journey. 
You will:

• Lead content development and execution of patient awareness, education and adoption materials which may include videos, written or digital materials, web content.
• Develop a patient testimonial library and identify patient influencers to humanize the brand and build awareness.
• Work closely with agency partners on patient facing materials and tactics.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills to lead and convey clear messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with market research, customer experience and sales partners to leverage commercial insights and analytics data to identify adoption drivers and barriers, assess messaging/collateral and overall campaign success.
• Contribute to the marketing plan and strategy.
• Closely collaborate with healthcare professional, digital, brand, and channel partner marketing, customer service, clinical development, sales, medical affairs, corporate communications, customer experience and external agencies.

Your background should include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred with 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success marketing to patients in prior roles in the US biotech, medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare industry. Category creation and new to market product experience preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong industry experience and ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear concise way to patients.
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• Proven ability to use customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop and implement initiatives that meet customer and company needs.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and credibly to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
