The candidate will perform a variety of administrative and legal support duties for the Director of Institutional Equity and the Deputy Title IX Coordinator including: Independently coordinates highly complex and confidential matters. Implement and monitor appropriate policies, procedures, processes, and training related to sexual assault/violence, dating and domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, anti-discrimination and state and federal laws and regulations. Promote compliance awareness through training, internal publicity, and education. Assist with case management, intake and the provision of support and guidance in response to complaints filed under the Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, and Retaliation Policy and the Discrimination Grievance Procedures (hereafter Policy). Actively investigate complaints filed under the policy. Finalize and submit investigative reports. Assist in tracking cases for purposes of identifying trends.
