About the Team

Our team is focused on network performance and experience insights. We build platforms to gather various metrics and telemetry across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s network. We focus on providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve reliability and positively impact the customer experience.

Qualifications


In-depth knowledge and experience with various machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of network engineers and analysts. Ability to provide technical direction, manage projects, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of results.

Understanding of business objectives and the ability to align ML and insights analytics strategies with organizational goals. Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improve business performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, and influence decision-making at different levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify business problems, design appropriate analytical approaches, and develop innovative solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving challenges.

Familiarity with the industry or network engineering domain. Understanding of industry-specific data sources, trends, and challenges can be valuable for providing relevant insights.

Stays up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies. They assess the organization's needs, evaluate different solutions, and make informed recommendations for technology adoption to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.

Establishes robust analytics frameworks and measurement methodologies to enables the organization to monitor and optimize performance across various key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.


Responsibilities


Architects solutions to satisfy business and product needs in near and long term timelines.

Provides complexity and cost estimation. Develops case studies, roadmaps and models to influence strategic spending. Ensures effective implementation of the department budget. Prepares financial statements and monthly forecasts and reports. Prepares and analyzes monthly financial performance and makes budget and new technology recommendations.

Influences design and development strategies. Contributes to software design reviews.

Researches and leads others to research new technology areas. Works with industry partners to develop new standards.

Directs and forecasts resource needs to meet departmental objectives. Recommends action plans or solutions to.

Develops prototype solutions and/or model solutions to prove out technology directions.

Contributes to Company's IP portfolio in the form of patents.

Advises customers and stakeholders in technology related issues.

Leads reviews of architecture descriptions and requirements.

Contributes to the continuous improvement of architecture team processes and standards.
