Position Summary:

 

The Staff Industrial
Engineer position will play a key role in enabling the Logistics Team to
provide Quality Products, Safely, On Time and Under Budget.This position will
ensure that we identify and implement the required resources (Man, Machine,
Material, Measures) needed to meet these objectives.



 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Studies, evaluates, analyzes,
and implements process optimization and continuous improvement projects
based on customer requirements and business objectivesEngage in labor-based
forecasting and rate tool planningAnalyze workflow and factory
layoutConducts capacity analysis and
capital planningDedicated to project
management, process improvement, and change management effortsDevelop improved Industrial
Engineering Tools and Techniques with associated Standard WorkConducts feasibility studies
and takes part in implementing new technologies and new production
techniquesLean process development and
support of 6S programResponsible for metrics and
analytics, including master data development and maintenance Develop and deliver
presentations

Education Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

  

 Position
Requirements:

 

6 years of related experienceStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact with a wide range of technical
fields and manufacturing discipline. Intermediate to Expert level in AutoCAD or CAD
equivalent. Preferred experience with SAP

 

   Relocation:

Bell will consider candidates
