Full stack developer needed to create website and mine data
The platform I want built only needs to be simple now, but if I develop a website later, I’d like to be able to plug it into the website so it can be accessed securely.
I would like to have a platform or landing page where I can send the client and they can enter the information I need, including the property address and the county it is in. Then the program will mine some real estate data and send me an email with an excel sheet that has all the data I need.
I want a form page that has the client enter the following information:
Name or Company Name that is on the contract to buy the property (required)
Name of client, phone number, email address (required)
Date of buying the property (required)
Name, phone number, email for Title company doing the closing (required)
Name, phone number, email for Insurance person
Full property address (street, city, state, zip, county) (required)
How much money the client has for downpayment (required)
Amount of loan requesting from me (required)
After the client submits the information to me, then I get a database report (excel preferably) emailed or downloaded to my computer that has all the following information:
Information based on the property address (I’ve outlined below where to find the information. You will need to mine/collect it, and compile into a report for me via excel):
The estimated value or range of value of a property compared to those in its neighborhood
Last 2 sale dates and amounts of the subject property
Any liens on the subject property, amounts, and dates of liens, with links to the recorded documents if possible
Zoning of the property
Taxes due on the property
The lot size, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage space, total above ground sq ft and total below ground sqft
List of any and all permits pulled on the property during the lifetime of the property
Rent value for this type and size of property
