The Local SEO position is responsible for claiming and optimizing Local business listings for clients. You will be working with a large number of accounts in a task based, high production environment. Key Accountabilities: Fulfillment (100%) • Communicate with clients via phone consultation and claim their Google Local listings. • Geotag images. • Submit requests to Development team for implementation. • Complete quarterly updates to listings. Workflow is driven via FindLaw systems and work plans. • Create KML maps and geositemap XML. Education • 4-Year College Degree (required) Knowledge and Skills (Preferred): • Client interfacing experience • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to thrive in a fast paced organization • Ability to follow assigned process
4 Year College Degree is Required. Client interaction in this role is high--will speak directly with FL clients (attorney s and their staff) 30-40% of the time. Must be able to follow directions, have clear communication and customer service skills. Will need to manage multiple projects so organization is important. Contractor is NOT required to know how to code in this role! Awareness of Legal knowledge is a plus! The Local position more as a project coordinator role with the responsibility of managing the claiming and optimization of local listings from start to finish. There should be a basic understanding of the web, XML, the role local results play in search.
