(Multiple Positions)
Manager is looking for 2 types of candidates for the below responsibility:-
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Uses MS Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint.
Includes functions in support of business systems management, including efficiencies analysis, change management, software version control, and enhancements management. Includes producing test plans, executing and evaluating test cases, and developing automated regression test suites. Usually focused on performance testing, and may involve automated testing products.
Reviewing of business requirement, design documentation for completeness and testability
Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design docs
Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion
Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing approaches/plans
Tools: Deep experience with automated Tools like LoadRunner, Winrunner
Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience
Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience
Additional Skills Required:

Additional skills required for Automation developer:
Must have min 3-4 years of pure automation development experience
Must have solid VB Scripting development experience
Must have working experience in framework development using various test tools and technologies
Must be well versed with Excel forms, Macros and DB concepts
Must have ability to do R&D to conduct POC as well
Must have willingness to learn diff test tool as needed
Must be well versed with HP testing tools including QC / ALM APIs

Other resource for Automation and web application development: This person not only does automation development but will be responsible to develop Automation Platform for rest of the teams.
Must have 3 - 4 years’ experience in web application development, and 2 - 3 years automation development experience
Must have Web development experience (preferably .NET and DB)
Must have willingness to switch into automation development when needed
Must be well versed with Application development, XML, HTML, Java Scripting, VB Scripting
Must have solid programming background
Must have experience to build application from ground /scratch
