Bilingual Administrative Assistant
The candidate will perform administrative tasks (Data Entry, preparing letters, scanning documents, etc.). Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency in Spanish is required. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Spanish) and have a positive and professional demeanor. Must provide transcripts and with outstanding grades (especially in English). Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required. Should have proficiency in MS Office Software, including Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have professional and friendly phone demeanor. Should have Prior law firm experience, Call center Data entry or retail management experience is a plus. Must provide educational transcripts.
