The candidate must be capable of teaching up to two classes per semester (fall, spring, summer). Design and develop curriculum and instruction and class management strategies for all courses, including syllabi and lesson plans. Assess the students’ learning outcome for all courses thought bases on the school and its programs’ set goals and objectives. Review periodically and assure curriculum and instruction of courses are relevant and up to date. Review and become proficient with the My HSSU E-Learning Management Systems. Utilize innovative teaching and technology approach to teaching. Develop faculty goals and objectives and annual report for every academic year. Make sure students’ attendance and grades are turned in on-time. Adhere to the university faculty handbook.
