Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities contained in a written care plans which includes but is not limited to, assisting the client with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as:
Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
Ambulation
Eating
Dressing
Shaving
Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation
Companionship
Job Requirements
*Requirements to be a Home Health Aide*:
Care for clients with compassion and upmost respect
Be able to work for any employer in the US
Current TB test (Negative or Chest Xray)
Pass a Livescan finger print background check
DMV Check
Must be able to read and speak English
MUST have an active Home Care Aid (HCA) number with the CA Home Care Registry.
