Custom Reports built and auto scheduled to be emailed from an SQL database
wholesale flooring/kitchen showroom group with multiple stores and various salespeople per store
Looking to have two custom reports built that can be autoscheduled to be sent to managers by email on a specific time frame. Currently experimenting with Crystal Reports but am open to other solutions. I have a website that can be utilized if need be as well.
Report 1 - Receipt total for the day by store and total written business for the day by Store (also broken up by account manager) on the same report. Also written over the month and also written over the year with a rolling 10 pace and yearly projection trendlines.
Report 2 - Individual Salesperson report/graph showing running total of sales over the current months time and over the current years time with a trendline for budget/sales goal I could enter per account manager. This report will need to be emailed to different managers depending on the Store where the account manager works.
I am working on creating a sketch of what i believe the reports should look like but always open to suggestions.
