Dealership is looking for a fresh, dynamic talent in a New Car Sales Manager, who can energize the sales staff and increase sales volume to the next level. The store's car line is so good that it draws plenty of prospects on it's own. This is a hands on position, consistently monitoring sales staff handling of incoming leads, appointments, etc. Many times this manager will be involved in the final stages of closing before submitting the sales contract to the F&I department. Demographics of the customer base include well educated, high earning households, discriminating tastes for vehicle performance, quality and resale.
