This role is responsible for Field work in the San Fernando, California area!
The Compensation range is $48,900 - $55,800 for this position based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:
A day in the life of an Entry Level Auto Adjuster:
Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
Efficiently write or review accurate estimates and supplements based on photos, with opportunity to learn and leverage video and physical inspection skills.
Review, reconcile, and negotiate with, repair facilities, customers and claimants
Perform parts searches
Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions.
Flexibility to work independently as part of a virtual team

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. You will be required to travel for field auto inspections.
This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and ****,800
