Part time (Temp) Legal Assistant
Duties: Review and assist the Chief Privacy and Data Integrity Officer and Director will all business associate agreements. Research, collect, organize, and analyze data related to state and regulatory privacy statutes. Assist in the review, revise, or develop standards for privacy and data security contracts and agreements, including the creation of memorandums and presentation of general language and provisions. Participate and review in the periodic information privacy and data security issues and related ongoing monitoring activities. Participate in the development and dissemination of privacy and data security training materials. Assist with revisions to the Privacy, Data Security, and other related policies and procedures. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards of University assets. Special projects as assigned.
