Profile

Essential Functions:Partners with enterprise and business unit stakeholders to embed privacy by design principles into business plans and strategic initiatives.Evaluates line of business initiatives and participates in projects to identify potential security and compliance risk. Identifies opportunities to mitigate risk and escalates as needed.Advises and effectively challenges business stakeholders in order to influence process development, procedures, controls, and monitoring.Establishes and/or validates applicability of laws and regulations to business processes.Establishes privacy practices for data security and control, such as minimization, limited access, and encryption.Exercises sound judgment to balance risk and needs of the business when providing compliance advice.Works with project teams to ensure secure and compliant design and architectural decisions.Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.Promotes effective awareness of privacy program requirements across the organization through collaborative processes such as trainings and awareness programsKeeps abreast of applicable laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance such as CCPA, CANSPAM, HIPAA, and TCPA in order to advise the business on current and emerging developmentsPartners with Legal to evaluate current, evolving, and upcoming privacy initiatives and laws. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.Experience managing communications and trainings on an enterprise scale Experience administering LMS Experience in cyber security space, highly preferred  Pay Range: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00
