Dealership, with very little turnover, finally has an opening for a service manager. Prefer experience with Asian car lines i.e. Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai. KIA and Mitsubishi. The is a local, family owned store so customer satisfaction is top of the list for priorities. Good product line, good new and used sales volume but more importantly trained technicians, including master level, already in place. Emphasis will be upon customer retention, menu penetration, fixed right on time and right on the estimate. Requires minimum 5 years dealership service manager experience using Reynolds & Reynolds and managing a staff of 25-30. This is a great place to work, great ownership to work for.
