Senior Contract Analyst
Duties: Will join the purchasing and risk services department. Will be reporting to the Risk Manager to perform a full spectrum of contracting duties. Review contract documents, conduct negotiations, appropriately document and maintain contract files, and award contracts in accordance with University policy. Provide risk management advice and ensure contractual terms are acceptable to University. Will also consult with and advise faculty and staff regarding contracting/procurement policy and procedures.
