Part-time
$13.50-$15.50 depending on experience/availability
RN Services is locally owned and managed and is not a franchise. We service high-end clients in the St. Louis area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry. Flexible scheduling available.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RN Services
Follows directions as provided by the client and/or client’s family and RN Services
Communicates effectively with the client, client’s family, and team members
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
Has working knowledge of home safety.
Complies with RN Services’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
Agrees to variable work schedules including evening, weekend and holiday hours and client changes
Current CPR certification(or within 90 days of employment)
Yearly TB testing and free of communicable diseases
Is responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
Participates in staff meetings and in servicing
Assumes other duties, as requested by the team leader or president
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Must be a licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RN Services’ Vehicle Safety Program
Has a vehicle that is currently insured.
Must own a cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities
Must have daily access to RN Services’ email
Knowledge of the English language
Must complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range
