The candidate will day-to-day handle of all pre-litigation work. Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team. EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements. Law degree from a fully accredited law school is required. Should have 3-5 years of personal injury experience. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association is required.
