Vendor Tracker in PHP/ MySQL
I need a database where vendors can upload their invoices (rather than email them) and then view the status of it. they also need to sign a release once paid that will show a signature field in a different table. (releases)
The admin should be able to add/remove and turn vendors off, change the status of both invoices and quotes and enter notes
The system also needs to integrate with basecamp 3. when an invoice or quote are uploaded the system should update the basecamp project and their corresponding list with a Todo either automatically or after initial review.
for invoices will also generate a payment request page with some info, and uploaded or added to the same Todo.
Also for invoices, system will talk to quickbooks and enter a new invoice for the corresponding vendor.
The Admin portion will have to have fields and tables that are needed to communicate with basecamp and Quickbooks.
its a bit confusing, but straight forward.
