Value Partnership Bid ManagerPositionnOverview As a key member to thenEnterprise Services Finance team the US Enterprise Services Finance Bid Managernis responsible for the financial modeling & analysis of a long-termnmulti-year customer contracts. This customer facing position will play anninstrumental role in sales process and will need to be able analyze customernfinancial statements to ensure the proper risk and financing structures are innplace to support a long-term strategic partnership. The candidate must bencomfortable managing and presenting complex financial models to the customersnC-Suite in a simple and easy to understand manner. Additionally, the role willnalso be responsible for managing the internal Levels of Authority process asnwell a project handover to execution team within Siemens.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers,nEnterprise Service team and sales team to develop large multi-year contractReview and analyze customernfinancials to develop financing models which aligns to their long-term goalsn(including depreciation impact, cash flow, cost of capital etc)Complete pricing, cashnflow, margin analysis and risk profile to support internal approval processn(Levels of Authority)Liaison with Field Salesnteam regarding transactions, deal construct and order administrative teamFinance lead on contractualnnegotiations working closely with legal, Enterprise Services and field salesn& finance teamsLiaison with globalntreasury team and third-party financing companies to secure funding source (ifnapplicable)Develop/create newninnovative finance models with third party financiers to support the dynamicnHealthcare market Lead contract hand-overnactivities to Project Controllers post contract signature including key risknfactors, key contract deliverables, MEA info etc.Liaison with other financenorganizations on lead creation and overall contract constructIdentify and mitigate keynproject risks based on overall deal constructReport and communicate onnproject status to Executive Management teamSupport businessndevelopment activities as assignedAd-hoc analysis as assignedRequirednKnowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceBS/BA in related disciplinenor advanced degree, where required.Advanced analytical andnproblem solving skills.
