The candidate will report Department Chairperson. Will teach courses in Business Law courses to students pursuing a broad range of Associate in Arts and Associates in Science degrees. Teaches lecture and laboratory sections. Evaluates and advises students. Participates in departmental and College affairs. Develops curricula. Recruits students. Serves on committees. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have JD degree or Master's Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in coursework related to Business Law. All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution is essential. Work experience in field is preferred
