The candidate will help develop, enhance, scale, and run the existing Compliance team and programs, including automotive dealer licensing and business licensing operations. Provide advice to leadership in areas related to dealership compliance. Research and analysis of legal and compliance matters applicable to multi-jurisdiction operations, including licensing, compliance, and automotive remarketing. Work closely with outside counsel on compliance matters. Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional colleagues, Operations, Talent, Technology, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
