Duties: Manage a significant AR portfolio and take appropriate actions to secure payment. Document collection status in the Firm’s collection system. Assist management with ad-hoc reports and special projects. Resolve complex AR inquiries, including account status and payment terms. Record, verify and post payments received by the Firm. Prepare reports of delinquent accounts and follow up with the clients or vendors. Manage and update the AR database to ensure accuracy Reconcile payments with AR ledger and correct discrepancies. Research AR best practices and identify process improvements.
