Job Requirements
Horizon Health Network is currently hiring Home Health Aides who assist clients in their homes with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry assistance, medication reminders, and other tasks on the Plan of Care. Home Health Aides must have a current Ohio STNA licensure, an Ohio CNA licensure (less than two years old). First aid certification is preferred.
