The candidate will coordinates its leadership team composed, in addition to her/himself, of the Founding Director and Senior Director for Content and Curriculum; manages its transition to a sustainable and growing organization built to last; and works closely with CPRL Assistant Director, Engagement Managers, and others to execute CPRL's mission. Will carries out the Strategic Planning and Coordination of the Leadership Team: Design development strategy for sustainability and growth. In coordination with the Founding Director and Senior Director for Content and Curriculum, lead ongoing strategic planning and implementation to expand and improve the organization, transitioning it from a startup to a governance structure that will sustain the organization long-term. Formalize and solidify the organization's ongoing relationship with its partner graduate schools and universities. Form and oversee interactions with an Advisory Board of senior actors in the education reform sector. Develop systems to ensure that CPRL's financial and human resources are strategically aligned to execute on CPRL's mission. Hire and onboard staff and consultants. Set and oversee CPRL's budget including procurement, contracting, grants compliance and management, and accounts payable and receivable. Organize technology needs for CPRL staff and students. Supervise CPRL Assistant Director in day-to-day management of operations functions. Oversee the development and projection of CPRL's brand and accomplishments to key external audiences. Direct and contribute to content development for CPRL's website, and supervise CPRL Assistant Director to maintain CPRL web presence. Develop marketing strategy and supporting materials. Represent CPRL with members of the public and all stakeholder groups; maintain a consistent message across all interactions among CPRL staff and between them and external stakeholders.
