About the role
In this role, you will manage projects for a pod that serves specific customers .
We are looking for someone who:
· Has 5 or more years of experience managing multiple project at once
· Has customer-facing, client-focused experience
· Has worked with demanding customers
· Has handled resource allocation
To succeed in this role, you should:
· Be highly proactive with both customers and internal resources
· Understand SCRUM/Agile methodology
· Be comfortable juggling different responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Proactively manage project plans – know what’s coming up, and stay ahead
· Manage consultants and resource allocation
- Govern projects – steer committee meetings, provide biweekly status reports, ensure budget adherence, and manage scope
· Demonstrate value to the customer
