Our services at HomeWell include housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assistance with personal hygiene. Base Compensation:
For 1:1 clients $12.00 - $13.70 hourly rate the weekend differential
When working in a facility it is $16/hour the weekend differential
Make $1 more an hour from Friday 8pm - Sunday 8pm
BONUS RATE for ON-CALL CAREGIVERS makes $4.50 more an hour! (****

Hours we offer for 1:1 clients:
Live-In cases
1 hour shifts up to 12 hours shifts
Must be flexible Monday - Sunday (call for more info)
Assisted Living Facilities and hours we offer:
Facilities located in Dublin and Hilliard
Work with 10-12 residents at a time
Must be high skilled
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
We are located at 6649 North High Street, Suite 200, Worthington, Ohio 43085 in the upper level of the Colonial Building.
Job Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
Verifiable work and professional references.
Have a valid Drivers License and valid Auto Insurance.
Your own reliable vehicle.
Pass a criminal background check.
Have excellent communication skills.
You must be: compassionate, honest, dependable/reliable, professional, always exceeding, and have respect for others
