Seeking a Dynamic Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

Work you’ll do:
Assist in the management of all aspects of pre-award and post-award activities relating to procurement efforts.
Maintain a status report summarizing all terminal procurement efforts.
Draft, edit, and review Acquisition products for procurement, including but not limited to: Government Letters, Statements of Work, Request for Proposal packages, Fair Opportunity Exemptions and Program briefs.
Maintain financial reports to document all funding status.
Review and evaluate contract terms and conditions for contracts to ensure requirements are supporting project missions.
Review Technical documents (Contract Data Requirements List items), Monthly status Reports, and Terminal Deliveries to ensure compliance with various Delivery Orders.
Support contract administration and close-out of complex contracts, to include conducting audits of Delivery Orders and recommending close out.
Generate conditional acceptance letters for MIDS terminals.
Track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintain associated documentation.
Serve as the senior specialist point of contact and lead business authority for contract issues as required.
Deliver all requirements outlined in the contract Statement of Work “SOW”
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Government Acquisition Program Office or combined ten 10 years’ experience in two or more of the following areas:
Government Contracts management
Managing cross functional teams
Business Management
FAR and DAU Acquisition
Government Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s Representative
Minimum 8 years in support or combined ten 10 years in two or more of the following areas:
Acquisition support for government clients
International acquisition
International communications
Knowledge of a wide range of contract types, methods, and techniques
Ability to foster cooperation among individuals.
Ability to process concurrent tasks and work with other team members to accomplish large or complex tasks.
Ability to establish and model high standards of performance.
Ability to become proficient in firm- and Customer-specific software, applications, or programs
Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
An active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, sciences, political science or contracts
Foreign Language Proficiency
Business certifications (e.g., PMP, DAWIA equivalency)
Knowledge or experience with MIDS Program Office or MIDS product lines
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
