FrontBase Database Developer Needed

FrontBase Database Developer Needed
We use a OS X 10.5 program called Ad Manager Pro 4 to maintain a newspaper ad customer database. Our database has become very large over the years and according to the software vendor it is not possible for them to remove records from the database. My belief is that a much smaller database will be faster for the software to generate reports and similar tasks.
Im hoping there is a developer out there that can remove records from our database that are marked inactive in the software.
