Legal Assistant
The candidate will be handling incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, property damage, monitoring client's medical treatment and requesting documents needed to prepare client's legal case. This includes preparing written draft correspondence for the attorney's review. Must be organized, punctual, detail oriented, excellent written and oral skills. Must display a caring attitude to deal with client's needs. 1+ year of experience is preferred. Must be a bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
