International Agreements Specialist
The candidate will review proposed international agreements between firm and potential international partners for adherence to policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate between internal and external partners to ensure all stakeholders are in agreement with collaboration documentation. Will utilize document management software to record and track activities involving individual agreements. Review existing agreements subject to renewal. Monitor processing times for agreements and provide reports on documentation related statistics. Requires a J.D. or L.L.B. from an ABA-accredited law school or higher. This is a part-time position expected to last up to four months.
