Landscape Designer (Long Term Projects)
I am looking for landscape designers who are familiar with the Northern California living styles. I have a construction company and in our company we always need to get a design completed for landscaping that can be permitted which means it has to be detailed enough including having
a. property elevation and survey overlay
b. Current Conditions (Current layout)
c. Hardscaping Plan (walkways, driveways, ..etc)
e. Softscaping plan (Plants, shrubs, trees..etc)
f. Irrigation Plan (clear zones assignment )
g. Low Voltage Lighting Plan
h. demolition plan (based on current condition what comes out ..etc)
not all designs have all of these requirements but some do.. most are hardscape and softscape plans.
I like to make sure we can manage 2 to 4 plans per month.. the way it will work is that I will be the one that goes to client sites and develops the requirements and provide you with all the details.. there will be review cycles of the design before we get to the final.. the final will need to be CAD quality .. using Skethup, AutoCad, VectorWorks and also in PDF format ready to print. Some cases will require 3D modeling as well. not all
the purpose is to find one or more freelance designers who are able to do this work remotely, accurately and provide good quality plans.
