I need a developer to convert PSD design pages to responsive HTML, CSS template format.
- The developer will make some adjustment on the design to fit the need
- create reusable registration form and other forms to collect information
- Will add animation to make to template interactive like changing color when navigating or zooming in or out form image
- will create link between different pages.
- will make a codding that add value to the design ( nice and beautiful)
