Princess Cruises * We are currently seeking a Sr. Lotus Notes Programmer Analyst
with business applications programming, database design and system integration experience. This position will be based at our corporate office in Santa Clarita, CA (north of Los Angeles).

Responsibilities
Analyze requirements, designs, develops, and implements enterprise-wide Lotus Notes/Web based systems.
Interacts with business users to gather user requirements and document the requirements using a SDLC Project Template.
Analyzes business problems/requirements and provide a wire frame.
Documents the project timeline and reports status updates to stakeholders. Maintains and updates project revisions and modifications to the project plan.
Assists in developing training, resource materials and provide user training.
Troubleshoot and provide resolutions to support issues.
Requirements
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five or more years of proven experience developing Lotus Notes Client and Web applications.
Highly proficient in LotusScript, Formula language, HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with XPages.
Experience with Java, J2EE or any Object Oriented Programming.
Experience in other related technologies such as .NET and knowledge of RDBMS such as DB2, Oracle and SQL Server.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and effective listening skills.
Strong Project Management skills.
Proficient in MS Project and MS Visio.
Excellent team building and engagement traits.
Availability for after-hours support.
Flexibility with Travel.
