Build a web app based on a web conferencing SDK such as the SDK from ZOOM.

White labeling is very important, so we prefer not to show the logo/product-name of the SDK provider.
The technical areas of interest are as follows:
Common web conf user interface
A special admin like user interface to manage web conf
Present two active video streams from two presenters (one in a larger main video window, and other in a smaller window)
Ability to switch focus between the presenters
Ability to choose which audio stream is presented no matter which presenter is in the main video windows
Common web conf user control stuff
ZOOM is a suggestion based on a quick review of their SDK.
Our approach with a potential candidate would be as follows:
Phase 0: Initial discussion to evaluate talent, fit, estimate for a prototype.
Phase 1 : Prototype costing TBD
Phase 2: beta TBD, depending on the success of the prototype and the teamwork/chemistry
