Center Manager','24763-2742','United States-Kansas-Overland Park-Care Now Overland Park North','Full-time','Directors & Managers','!*!Seeking an experienced RN or LPN to serve as Clinic Manager to function in a strategic leadership position that will manage the overall operations of our new CareNow facility, ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth.  The Clinic Manager also provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.  We are seeking a strong leader who feels exceptional patient care is as important as we do.

Duties include the following:


Directs, supervises and coaches front office and clinical staff daily.

Interviews, hires, and trains new staff.  

Managing the flow of the clinic to insure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Problem solving and addressing issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.

Marketing the practice in the local community.

Responsible for carrying out all established policies.

Full Profit and Loss responsibility of the facility/physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.

Identifies strategy for growth and executes plans to achieve growth goals.','!*!**Must be flexible with scheduling**
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:


Graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program, Radiology Technologist or Medical Assistant Program.

Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
 
EXPERIENCE:


Experience as a Clinic Manager or leader in a healthcare setting with at least 1 year of supervision experience is desired.

Clinical & operational expertise with ability to effectively lead & develop a strong healthcare team.

Proven track record in service excellence, growing revenues, and volumes in a healthcare setting.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


Some travel may be required.  Very minimal.
