Director of Compliance
The candidate: Provides leadership in the adoption of best practices that support coordinated compliance activities of varied departments to assure complete and consistent reporting. Provides direction and integration of compliance activities to fulfill college needs and local state and federal regulations requirements; ensure institutional compliance for all laws and regulations that affect the operations. Master’s degree applicable to public policy, political science, systems thinking or Juris Doctorate degree is essential. Must have 3+ years of equated experience in the professional area including administrative experience in a higher education environment. Should have experience in Compliance Program development and implementation. Must have demonstrated leadership and management of institutional compliance for all laws and regulations that affect the institutional operations; supervised personnel and administered programs directly related to the professional area for at least three years. Must have Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification completed or must be willing to attain certification within one year. Should have knowledge of current and emerging equal opportunity and affirmative action legislation, issues, and trends.
