COMPENSATION:
Wage: $12.75 -$14.25/hour*(This includes essential workers premium pay has ordered by the state)
Sign-On Bonus Program: $250*
Referral Bonus Program: $150*
Quarterly Performance Based Bonus Program UP TO: $100*

Job Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treat Clients with highest level of respect and compassion
Read, Understand and Adhere to each Clients Care Plan
Assist Clients with personal care Hygiene
ADL's perform and assist with ADL’s
Collect information regarding Client's condition and treatment plans
Report any unusual incidents to our Client Services Manager
Act quickly and responsibly to emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
A core belief that all individuals deserve respect, compassion and caring support
Previous Caregiver experience preferred
GED or High School Diploma
Current and Valid Driver's license
Fully insured reliable personal transportation
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform the duties of the position
Exhibit mature responsible behavior and uphold the patient confidentiality requirement.
