The candidate will be responsible for: collaborate with internal stakeholders on the design of compliant health strategies and solutions for our global clients and customers; manage a team of compliance professionals; participate in presentations to current and prospective clients; draft and negotiate service agreements, data processing agreements, and network participation agreements, among others; advise clinical and operations teams on coverage positions; and interface with domestic and foreign regulators as needed. Must have Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law. Should have 10+ years of legal experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or a health-related field a must. Must have outstanding presentation and communication skills, both oral and written. Should have familiarity with influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Should have International commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Knowledge of state insurance regulation is a plus. Knowledge of tax and legal issues related to globally mobile populations is a plus.
