New Car Dealer is looking for an outstanding person to be their warranty administrator and to coordinate service department scheduling. This is a key position and a challenging opportunity, with career advancement potential. This store is busy all the time so professional, upbeat style is a must. Requires a minimum or 2 years experience doing warranty processing for a new car dealership, preferably using Reynolds and Reynolds DMS system. Full responsibility for monitoring warranty receivables, handling resubmissions and any recall volume. This position handles all incoming service calls and routes them to the personnel that can best assist the customer. The services advisors rely on this person to maintain a balanced flow of work, so that they can be directly involved with the car owner and the technicians. Must have a valid Colorado drivers license and able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check. Now interviewing and ready to hire best qualified person.
