Coordinator 1, Instructional Technologies and Workforce Certifications

The candidate will support the coordination of Division recording, both audio and visual, for distance delivery of workforce education and Continuing Education Units; support the training of instructors in Division’s online and distance delivery of instruction; coordinate and expand the delivery of career exploration courses; assist in the Division coordination and expansion of industry certifications, under the direction of the Manager of Course & Program Development; and provide support with community outreach and response to CE offerings through the division; provide research, curriculum development, and instructional design support; provide support to create marketing materials for program offerings; actively participate in Division and College curriculum approval process. Coordinate audio and visual recording of content identified and developed within the Division for distance delivery of workforce education and Continuing Education Units. Support the training of instructors in Division’s online and distance delivery of instruction; provide research, curriculum development, and instructional design support to the Division. Coordinate and expand the delivery of career exploration courses. Coordinate the expansion of industry certifications, as identified by Division leadership; and, provide support with community outreach and response to CEU offerings through the division; participation in marketing efforts; Division, School and College curriculum approval process; and coordination of collaboration efforts with academic departments and content experts. Provide support to create marketing materials for program offerings and assist with community outreach, as assigned.
