FPI Corporate Compliance Officer
The candidate will be reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, provides overall direction of the FPI compliance program in support of the mission and strategic goals of FPI. Serves as a strategic business partner dedicated to managing and reducing potential risk and exposure to the external regulatory environment by developing proactive strategies to assure FPI conducts all its activities in compliance with all regulations. In conjunction with the FPI Compliance Committee, implements all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective coding and billing compliance program. Ensures billing and coding compliance with all federal/state regulations and relevant commercial programs. Oversees financial and accounting audit process to ensure compliance with the Medical Service Plan and accounting standards and principles.
