Project Description and Responsibilities
Reading, understanding and developing software from a functional specification
Communicating and providing status updates to project management, development management and technical leads
Reviewing codes, identifying and resolving defects reported in DEV, QA, SIT, and UAT cycles (and/or ability to program software modules in these same cycles)
Multi-tasking, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
10 years of required experience in developing software using J2EE web technologies
10 years of required experience in developing SQL queries, stored procedures, views and triggers
10 years of required experience Java Front End Technologies: JSP, Servlets, Java Tag Libraries
5 - 7 years of required experience developing back end applications using Java
5 - 7 years of required experience in using Java Spring framework
3 - 5 years of required experience in Jquery
3 - 5 years of required experience in developing and consuming JSON, XML based web services
1 - 3 years of required experience in Grails and Groovy
Experienced in developing unit test cases in JUnit or other unit testing frameworks
Experienced in Test-driven development
Required Skills:
Experienced in J2EE, SQL queries, stored procedures, JSP, Servlets, and Java Spring framework
This 6 month position starts ASAP.
