We deliver patient-driven obstetrics care combining quality and innovation, and offering the panoramic views of the city, the mountains and Puget Sound.

The unit features private Labor & Delivery rooms along with a Level II Special Care Nursery.

The Director leads a staff of ~50 professionals to ensure achievement of quality goals, develop unit strategy, creates a positive work environment, and leads the team in delivering an exemplary patient experience.   

Partnering with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nurse midwifes the Director is laying the foundation for program growth.

Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration required.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington may be required.
Extensive clinical and business knowledge of the relevant service line, which may include appropriate certifications.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of budgets and planning.


Preferred: Five years combined clinical and supervisory/managerial experience.
