Senior Counsel, U.S. Consumer Health
Duties: Provides legal leadership as a member of the U.S. Consumer Health Customer Development Leadership Team and also primarily supports the Consumer Health business across a wide range of commercial legal matters. Providing strategic counseling and day-to-day support, including commercial contracting, to the Customer Development organization (includes Sales organization) and U.S. Consumer deliver team (matters related to distribution and logistics and our 3 U.S. distribution centers); Serving as the primary liaison between the Consumer Health commercial contracting team and Supplier Contracting Services group; Advising the Global Services team on customer and trade-related matters; Providing strategic counseling and support to the Caribbean consumer business; Serving as a Member of Consumer Pricing Committee, Terms of Sale Committee, Military Governance Committee; and Providing strategic counseling and day-to-day legal support to the U.S. Regional Transportation Organization (RTO).
